We were founded in 2001 as a small consulting firm in Delaware and through acquisitions and organic growth, we’ve grown to an international firm with multiple divisions. The company now operates several entities including venture partnerships and companies. Our businesses are owned and operated by seasoned business executives and entrepreneurs, supporting our own aggressive growth as a trusted provider to partners and clients.

2001
founded as a small consultancy
Our company is founded in Delaware as a technology consultancy firm (JNCS) which hires and manages technical teams and consultants. In addition to technology consulting, we launch several ancillary services.

2003
move and expansion into California
Our original California office was opened in the Fashion Island business district in Newport Beach, California. Our company, Synergy focuses on recruitment while we grow the management consulting firm, hiring internal staff and becoming a Prime U.S. Government contractor.

2005
venture partnerships and growth
Our management consultancy experience and recruitment driven growth strategy help several clients expand both staff and their revenue channels. We launch our first joint venture projects which include digital media, entertainment, then later real estate, and finance. Backed by our internal management consulting team, we grow our ventures to profitability.

Our consulting practice is consolidated as Bristol & Bates, LLC which specializes in Management Consulting and operating our joint venture partnerships.

2014
bristol & bates international
Our international division is incorporated as Bristol & Bates, International, LLC and we open a second Orange County location, servicing an international client/partner base with several key relationships in Europe and Canada.

2016
strategic expansion
Bristol Bates announce a strategic operating alliance with KW3O, an organization that is the leader in web technology and infrastructure management for the internet industry, managing nationwide operations from Los Angeles, California, and Phoenix, Arizona. We also begin launching several brands within the disruptive marketplace.

2019
prime federal contractor
Bristol Bates becomes officially recognized by the government of the United States as a prime contractor, supplying various departments of the government with professional, administrative, and management support services.

2022
bristol & bates non-profit foundation
Bristol Bates launches The Bristol Bates Children's Foundation as an independent organization focused on giving and supporting children and families in need. In the same year we received IRS designation as a 501(c)(3) Public Benefit Non-Profit Organization.
